Introduction

Venga is a hatchback produced by Kia Motors, the South Korean Automaker which further shares a common platform with parent company's Hyundai i20, Hyundai ix20 and Kia Soul. Venga with its impressive design has also been awarded by Germany's iF Design Award in December 2009. Kia Venga is comprised of 5 engine variants of 1.4/1.6 litre engine capacity. They are 1.4 ISG, 1.6 ISG, 1.6, 1.4 CRDi and 1.6 CRDi ISG. All the engine variants are of Euro V type generating maximum power in a range of 89-123 bhp between 4000 to 6300 rpm whereas the maximum torque generated is in a range of 138-260 Nm between 1750 to 4200 rpm. Venga is designed with high technology to achieve a maximum speed of 183 kmph by its 1.6-litre ISG engine variant accelerating from halt to 100 kmph in a fraction of 10.6 seconds. The exteriors of the Kia Venga are employed with a radiator grille of black high gloss surrounded with chrome which offers a premium look to the hatchback.
